A free loan tracker for personal loans and repayments

Most loan apps are built for banks. Hisabzo is a loan tracker for the loans between people: money you lent to a friend, money a relative lent to you, an advance for a colleague. It records the loan, every repayment and what is still left to pay.

Track loans you give and loans you receive

Every entry in Hisabzo is either given or received. That means one tracker covers both sides: the money you are waiting to get back and the money you still owe.

You see the balance per person and an overall view of what is owed to you and what you owe.

A person can have several loans over time. Hisabzo keeps them all on the same page, in date order, so a new loan to someone you already lent to simply adds to the story instead of starting a new list.

What you can record for each loan

Each entry keeps the details you would otherwise have to remember.

  • The amount, the date and a short note or reference.
  • A category, so loans, repayments and other payments stay organised.
  • An optional due date, with overdue loans clearly marked.
  • The remaining balance after every repayment, until the loan is Settled.

Keep a clear history

Because every loan and repayment stays in order, you can answer the question "how much is left?" in seconds. You can filter a person’s entries, download a PDF statement or export everything to CSV.

Changes are logged, and a deleted entry can be restored for 30 days, so a slip of the finger does not cost you your records.
