Terms & Conditions

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Hisabzo, including the sample-data preview. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What Hisabzo is

Hisabzo is a personal record-keeping tool for money you lend and borrow. It helps you note down loans, repayments and balances. It is not a bank, a payment service, a lender, or a source of financial, legal or tax advice. It does not move money.

2. Your account

3. Your data

The records you enter belong to you. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to record information about other people. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. The sample-data preview

The preview is for trying the product. Preview accounts and everything entered in them are deleted automatically after 24 hours and cannot be recovered. Please do not enter real personal or financial information in the preview; for your own records, create a regular account instead. We may limit preview use and account creation to keep it fair and available for everyone.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or probe the service, access other people's accounts or data, use automated tools to create accounts or send messages, or use Hisabzo to harass others or to record unlawful activity.

6. Accuracy and backups

Balances are calculated from the entries you make, so they are only as correct as those entries. We work to keep the service reliable and to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost. For records that matter to you, keep your own copy, for example by downloading a PDF statement.

7. Our content

The Hisabzo name, design and software belong to us. You may use the service as intended, but you may not copy or resell it.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Hisabzo at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact form. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Hisabzo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or disputes between you and the people in your ledger. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Hisabzo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
